14 days from purchase, with one condition: you haven't passed the Module 3 quiz. Pass Module 3 and the refund window closes, because you've worked through the first paid module.

The short version

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not passed the Module 3 quiz. Module 3 is the first paid module. If you've passed it, you've already worked through enough of the paid material to know whether the course is right for you, and the refund window closes at that point.

Refund window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both of the following must be true at the time we receive your request:

Passing the Module 3 quiz is recorded against your member account. Once recorded, the refund window closes regardless of how many days are left in the 14-day window.

What is not refundable

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

The free modules (Module 1 and Module 2) sit outside this policy. There is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@scaffskills.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Memberstack. Bank processing times vary, but typically 5 to 10 business days.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
